About: Fraserburgh Hospital / GMed

(as a service user),

I was directed to Fraserburgh GMED as required some out of hours assessment of my asthma complicated by a chest infection.

From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt well taken care of and was treated with respect & courtesy. I also felt heard, which is not always the case in today’s current culture and pressures within the NHS.

I was the last patient to be seen before GMED services stopped and never felt rushed or a nuisance.

I am keen that we acknowledge kindness and caring when it happens as everyone feels good and better for it - the smiles tell a story!

I hope my comments can be fed back to the GMED team in Fraserburgh as everyone deserves to hear as often as possible that they’ve done well.

I am sorry you were unwell and you experienced some asthma complicated by a chest infections. I hope you have recovered and feeling much better.

My name is Osi, I am the Operations Manager for Out of Hours Primary Care Service (GMED). Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this lovely feedback. At GMED, we work really hard to make sure we continue and consistently provide our patient with best patient centred care at the right time, at the right place and by the right person.
