About: Victoria Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

Clinic I attended was running late, informed by staff of this in a timely fashion which was very considerate & appreciated. Only one Doctor covering clinic.

Eventually seen by Doctor after waiting for some time. Consultation felt quite rushed and Doctor's manner was quite abrupt & dismissive which made me feel uncomfortable and although outcome of consultation was as I anticipated, I was relieved to leave & tearful afterwards.
