We arrived for my wife's first appointment at the Lanarkshire Beatson. The lovely person on reception, Sharon, gave us such a warm welcome that we felt much more relaxed immediately. All the way through her appointment the staff we were looked after were just excellent and very reassuring. As we left, another lovely person on reception, Fiona, helped us to get booked for some complimentary therapy sessions and made us feel just right.
A big thank you to all!
