"Poor service- Toddler"

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

My toddler and I arrived shortly after 9am only to be checked in after 11:30. The nurse eventually saw my toddler at 1.30pm and wasnt too sure what to do about a burn so said they had to make a call to another doctor.

At just before 4pm, they put adressing on and told us to visit a different hospital.

Shocking they make a toddler wait 7 hours, only to be sent on with no treatment to another hospital.
