"The staff go 100%"

About: Change Grow Live / Inspire North & Central Lancashire

(as a service user),

I have received the most excellent care whilst being a service user at inspire, The service provides so many options to ensure the best chance of recovery that is tailored to each individual that accesses services. The staff go 100% above and beyond for the people they work for, and you can see that they take such pride in the job it's an inspiration for service users. I would say there could be more resources for neuro diverse people like sensory toys as well as having prompt cards for people who are hearing impaired and extra support for dyslexic/illiterate people. This service has been a lifesaver for so many and I'm a grateful for the staff, service and support I've been freely given

As an update to your suggestion we have now implemented Top Tips guides for staff teams, which offers information and further support to ensure we continue to provide meaningful interventions for individuals. The guides include details relating to those who have hearing loss and those who are neurodivergent. Staff training in Autism, Learning disability and neurodiversity has been delivered over the last few months and further dates are scheduled. Jadefx23, if you do want to be involved in developing or sourcing inclusive resources please do get in touch directly. Thanks Again
