I am not one to write letters of complaint but in seven years I haven't had a single positive experience with the reception team at this doctors. I have found the staff to invariably be rude and unhelpful, my most recent experience being no exception.

This worst incident happened a few years ago when they had made a mistake with a booking and refused to see my daughter who was a baby at the time. As I explained I had also booked the day off work to make the appointment.
