"The care and attention I received was second to none."

About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

In December 2022 , after experiencing high temperature, sickness and weakness I was admitted to Urology ward 54 at Victoria Hospital,  Kirkcaldy. 

The medical staff, nurses and doctors very quickly diagnosed Sepsis. 

The care and attention I received from Nursing Staff,  particularly Zoe and Sean was second to none. 

I was kept in over the Christmas and New year period,  and all staff made my stay as comfortable as possible.

I'd just like to thank all staff in ward 54 for their care and attention.

The Ward will be delighted to hear of this lovely feedback about them. Having to remain in hospital over the festive period is not easy and I am glad that you found the whole team attentive and caring, and your stay comfortable.

Both Zoe and Sean are a credit to the team, and I will pass on your comments to them personally.
