"I required replacement insoles"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Podiatry

(as the patient),

Last summer my foot became extremely painful. I have been very impressed at how helpful everyone I have dealt with in the podiatry department has been. From my initial screening phone call with a podiatrist to calling with questions to being seen initially by Thomas, Thomas was extremely kind which I appreciated  as when he saw me I was in significant pain. I required an additional appointment and was seen by John who gave me insoles. I required replacement insoles last week and all it took was a call with John and I now have these. I am so grateful.

Dear Rosie2015

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback it is always a delight to read compliments from patients who are appreciative and complimentary about our service.

It was so nice to read that the clinicians delivered the clinical care you required in a kind and professional manner.

They are both delighted that you took the time to praise their work and that they had a positive impact on your health care.

Pauline McQuade

Podiatry Manager
