"I am here today due to their dedication and care"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Accident & Emergency Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Neurosciences (DCN) Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance Western General Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

I have been unfortunate to have suffered 2 brain haemorrhages, on both occasions I was operated on using a coiling process, further to this I developed 2 more aneurysms so had a 3rd operation to put in a stent.

The kindness and care I received from ambulance personnel, A&E staff, consultant, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, cleaners and catering staff was amazing.

These procedures were carried out at the dept of clinical neurosciences both at the Western General and Royal Infirmary in Edinburgh. I am here today due to their dedication and care
