"Excellent care given"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Critical Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

I had to attend the RVH as my leg plaster had slipped. I just want to thank Carly, ANP Nurse James and porter Trevor. They were so wonderful. They went out of their way for me. Treated me with compassion. It’s the small things that mean everything - like Carly noting my pain, James walking me to X-ray, finding me a wheelchair and pushing me to my lift home at reception. Never forget these wonderful skills of seeing the person and not just the fracture!
