"I trust all the staff completely"

About: Victoria Hospital / SEAL (Surgical Elective Admission Lounge) Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I recently went into the Kirkcaldy Victoria hospital for Stoma Stents. I was admitted to ward 54. I like the way the staff look after me and how they make you feel very comfortable.

They explain everything in detail to you and take their time with you. My viens are terrible to get blood out of, but the staff always take their time and are very patient. I go into this ward regular and I don't need to worry about anything as they look after me so we'll.

My stent procedure was carried out on the 15th February. From the minute they collected me from the ward and took me to the theatre they chatted to me the whole there to put me at ease.

Everything was explained to me slowly and patiently so I understood exactly what was happening to me. I can't thank the staff ( Shona, Dr Pillai and all the other theartre staff ), enough for what they done for me.

I have to come back every six months for this same procedure and I have no worries, as I trust all the staff completely.
