"Is there even a GP there?"

About: Hollies Medical Centre

You can’t book appointments in advance you have to phone on the day and are told you can’t see a GP. This is no good for working people. All doctors appointments are gone in the first 15 minutes of the day. This is a recurring issue. Why they are accepting new patients I’ve no idea they can’t provide a service for the ones they have.

We understand your frustration with the appointment system and I can assure you that we are hoping to have a more flexible booking system in place within the next month to allow patients to pre-book. We have unfortunately had to rely on Locum GP's for a considerable amount of time but we are pleased to say that we are now moving forward and have 3 regular GP's working at the practice.
