"Great service"

I attended an evening appointment with Dr Blair at Gynaecology and would like to praise all the staff I came into contact with.

From the reception , contact with nurses and Dr Blair, they were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Staff acknowledged my arrival at the waiting area and kept me informed of how long I would be waiting. I was taken at the exact time I had been booked in for and given a warm welcome by very cheery, pleasant staff who clearly enjoy their job.

Dr Blair was lovely and really reassuring, explaining everything about the examination. I just wanted to give praise to all the staff, and thank them for making an anxious visit a lot more pleasant and keep up your great work.
