I would like to tell my story about my anorexia recovery I was hospitalised at Forth Valley Royal, Larbert, ward 3, where I was diagnosed with anorexia nervous. I was very underweight, my body was shutting down, I Knew I had to get better, struggling with an eating disorder for 3 years has been very challenging, but I couldn’t go on living like this.
If it wasn’t for the help of all staff in ward 3 at Forth Valley Royal, Larbert, I don’t know how I would have survived, they helped me get my life back, facing food fears, all of the above helped me recover in hospital 🏥
I will be forever grateful for them basically saving my life, all the staff in ward 3 are amazing lovely people to work with and I will miss them very much, hopefully I can visit them them. I am back to full fit healthy again living life to the full not in fear of anything because they helped me get to that place thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I am still in recovery ❤️🩹 with a long road to go, but I will fight this journey head on and never look back, life is for living and never taking for granted so here is to the future of happiness
