Had to take my mother to the practise on the 4.2.23 to have some
stitches removed from a head wound.
She is 92 years of age has severe copd & terminal lung cancer
she is able to moved by wheelchair only.
When we parked outside the centre in the very first bay -we went in and was seen very quickly and the staff were excellent.
However stunned to see a parking ticket in the post for £60.
There is no mention on yr website saying the parking outside is permit parking only - and is for residents.
For the sake all of yr new visitors - surely thats something that can be put on yr websire without delay.
I now understand that parking is available in Morrisons.surely u dont expect my wife to push a wheelchair that far in her mothers
current situation.
we have appealed the ticket - but how do u expect them to understand -there just money grabbers....
would welcome yr comments.
regards
