About: Victoria Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

We had to access the Urgent care centre last weekend for our 11 year old son. Jayne the Paediatric ANP, was so thorough, explained everything she was doing to him, spoke to him directly  throughout and took her time to get the best pathway for him.

Thank you so much, you made him feel at ease despite his pain and discomfort.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience of Urgent Care. I hope your son is feeling better and I am delighted to hear you both had such a positive experience, being 11 and unwell is often a worrying time but I am glad to hear Jayne put your son at ease.
