I was seen in ED after midnight with an urgent symptom. The care I received from Jade, the HCA, was fabulous. She is a credit to the hospital.

Dear Mad cat lady
Thank you so much for writing in to us and for your kinds words about Jade. I will be sure to share this with her and I agree she is a credit to us and Im pleased to add she will be progressing into the nursing Associate role from her Healthcare one. Its lovely to be able to invest in staff like her. I do hope you are feeling much better
