"Welcomed for blood tests"

Attended Lincoln BMI for a medichecks blood sample to be taken by the hospital at the outpatients. The ladies at the ground floor reception were very welcoming and helpful and gave clear instructions on where to go. The waiting room was very clean and had clear signs indicating what to do. Staff on the nurse station were also friendly. I didn't have to wait very long and the ladies who took my blood were amazing. I had to bring my 3 month old daughter and while one was taking my blood the other watched over my daughter. Both of these ladies were absolutely fabulous and I feel awful that I can't remember their names. Only thing that could have been improved was access to a pen in the waiting area to fill out the forms.
