"Thank you so much to the staff of Ward 34"

Thank you so much to the staff of Ward 34, Ninewells who went above and beyond to look after me during an unexpected stay over the weekend. All of the staff took time to chat and check up on me regularly and nothing was too much for them. As a breastfeeding mother, I felt very well supported. Staff quickly sourced a breast pump for me and were excellent at checking I had everything I needed and giving me privacy to express milk. Special thanks to Zoe (nightshift nurse) who gave me some fruit from her own lunchbox when the kitchen was shut and so there was no gluten free food available for me. Thanks also to Michelle and Zanaib who were always bright, chatty and cheery!
