(as the patient),

After three years of ongoing back pain I was grateful to receive confirmation of an appointment at Hutchinson MRI. 

The Doctor and two nurses on duty were amazing. All of which put me at ease straight away, guiding me through the procedure beginning to end all whilst distracting me during several injections.

After years of pain and no explanation I asked the doctor to discuss my scan results and explain the issue which he kindly did.
Great, friendly place. Thanks again
