"Very satisfactory experience"

As a cancer patient requiring blood test prior to oncologist appointment,  I  contacted my GP to arrange (was refused, as they no longer carried out,  consultant needs to arrange own, they need to keep appointments for their own patients).

Then spoke to consultant's secretary, who arranged said test at Ards. Attended this morning when I was treated speedily by friendly capable staff.  Very satisfactory experience.
