I attended SPAMedica with my elderly mother on two occasions to have a procedure carried out

The staff were very pleasant on arrival and very efficient as soon as we walked into the reception

Following some routine checks with my mother , she was taken into an area where the procedure would take place whist I waited in reception

The staff were very attentive and made my anxious mother very relaxed as she was unsure on what the procedure entailed

Once she was brought back into reception she was so relaxed and over the moon with a simple procedure with no pain during or following the treatment

We were both offered a warm drink and biscuits and allowed to leave approximately an hour after arrival

I was so impressed with the whole time we were at Spa medica .

Really amazing the amount of patients dealt with on a daily basis.

The environment was spotlessly clean , waiting times minimal and procedure very smooth

Thank you to all the staff involved for improving my mother’s sight , keep up the fantastic work, a much more pleasant environment to a hospital waiting room
