(as a service user),

I had my fourth baby in October 2022, we had met my little boys health visitor Elaine after my 3rd baby, so we were familiar with her.

Elaine has always been a real lady, very professional, and always thorough in what she does, you can tell she is passionate about her work. I feel very comfortable in Elaines presence, especially in such a vulnerable time as having a new baby.

Our experience with the health visiting service has been excellent, and we are very grateful for their work and their time given to us.

Congratulations on the birth of your fourth baby and thank you for taking the time go give such lovely feedback in regards to one of our health visitors.

I am delighted that you have found your relationship with your health visitor so professional and comfortable.

We are working hard to ensure that the health visiting service is there to support families especially in the early days, which as you say is such a vulnerable time in your life.

I wish you and your family well and we look forward to continuing to work with you and your children as they grow and develop.
