"Top marks to the clinic, they were wonderful."

About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I didn’t expect to receive such a friendly welcome to the clinic.

I arrived 30 mins early, but was seen immediately as the clinic was empty.

The receptionist was full of smiles, the nurse came to greet me within a minute of me arriving and the process took less than 20 min.

Kath, the lady who took my details over the phone a couple of days before, was so friendly, it took away all the anxiety and embarrassment I had.

Top marks to the clinic, they were wonderful.

I have been working in Sexual Health since 2004 and my responsibilities are Data Validating and responding to Care Opinion feedback. I am very passionate about my job and believe that the human touch is important with patient care.
