"They all treated me like one of their own"

About: Outpatients Services / Ophthalmology Outpatients Royal Victoria Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I was extremely scared about an under eyelid tumour being removed. I'd never been hospitalised before and was really worried. The staff could not have been so accommodating, they all treated me like one of their own, I had their undivided attention,  constant checking in, care and reassurance. We are so lucky and blessed to have such academic professionals and experts. Thank you forever
