(as a service user),

My mum had a lump cut out of her tongue today in the Dental Hospital Oral Surgery Department.  The care shown to her was absolutely fantastic

We were given a lovely and professional welcome by the Receptionist (unfortunately I didn't get a note of her name) and then were given gold star treatment by Dr MacKenzie and her Nursing Team - Mairi and Adele.  They were amazing and helped my mum relax making the procedure as comfortable as it could be.

Thank you so much - what a service you provide.

Thank you for taking time to provide such complimentary feedback on your experience while attending our Oral Surgery department in Glasgow Dental Hospital.

I am very pleased to hear your Mum was made comfortable and felt able to relax despite her procedure. I do hope that she is making a speedy recovery.

I am sure you will agree that a professional welcome to any clinical department certainly gives patients a feeling of reassurance. Especially when they may be feeling a little apprehensive.

I will be sure to pass on your very kind comments to Doctor Mackenzie Mairi and Adele and the wider team. Which I am sure will brighten their day!
