About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Colorectal surgery

Delighted to experience the friendly and helpful staff at Whipps Cross colonoscopy department. Everyone was friendly and caring from the moment I entered the clinic. The procedure took place in a dignified way and the nurse, Mary, was very kind indeed, reassuring me and supporting me throughout. Pravin welcomed me and explained what was going to happen. Both made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. The independent endoscopist worked carefully, making sure nothing was missed and slowing down if I felt uncomfortable. I would recommend his department to anyone needing such a procedure.
