Having suffered from sudden hearing loss, after various scary tests including MRI, I was referred to the audiology dept.

Once seen by the audiologist I was given a hearing aid and was told I would be seen for review in a few months time. This review was today with one of the nicest members of staff I’ve ever came across.

He was so friendly and welcoming and immediately I felt very at ease with him. I just wanted to send a little feedback, as I know myself how hard things are in the NHS right now and he was still smiling and made me smile too!

I am so pleased to hear that you have been reviewed by one of our Audiologist who welcomed you and made you feel at ease and who also made you smile. Your feedback is so important to us.
