"They made an unpleasant procedure almost agreeable."

About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

I went for a colonoscopy in January to Omagh Hospital and Primary Care. This is the third time I have had this procedure and I can say without a doubt the best ever - anyone who has had one will know this is a strange thing to say!

The staff could not have been nicer to me from I arrived until I left. Putting me at my ease and explaining the procedure as they went along. Fascinating to watch, if you can, I felt it was a bit of distraction. I would like to especially thank Cailin, Geraldine, Catherine and Roisin for their professionalism and their care. They made an unpleasant procedure almost agreeable.
