About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

Second visit in 4 months - for a different reason. Care excellent and friendly as before. Considerable care and sympathy shown throughout by all doctors and nurses. Particular shout out for Nurse Elsbeth, whose care was exemplary, using considerable sensitivity and tact. Also for Yvonne and Tracey. Nice to see new nurse being inducted so thoroughly by Ian in Recovery. Anaesthetic team very thorough and considerate.  Surgery pain free. Spinal block took a while to wear off, but that's the nature of it. Discharge a little bit fuzzy on wound/dressing care.
