"An excellent nurse"

I went to the family planning clinic in Hunter health centre East Kilbride for myself and was completely put at ease with Chloe the nurse that was dealing with me 

She has a fantastic manner and was very knowledgeable and sent me information about HRT and answered all my questions.

I went back to her later in the day with my daughter for family planning and she put her at ease , discussed all options and was excellent as she was very nervous.

Chloe discussed all her options but allowed my daughter to make the decision herself and guided her to make the best choice and treated her with respect.

Chloe is the way a nurse should be and made what could have been embarrassing for us both an excellent experience.
