"Care of my relative"

About: General Practices in Grampian

(as a relative),

My relative had been unwell on and off the last 2 months more significant the last few weeks. Sadly they died as a result of whatever had been going on.

I would like to thank everyone who was involved in their care from their GP practice. The care they and their family received was outstanding. Anytime a Dr was needed or Nurse they attended by home visit or phone. They listened to our concerns and acted immediately. They were all caring and compassionate towards us all and we can't thank you enough.  Nothing could have been done better, everything was done so well and we are very grateful to have such an amazing GP practice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Wolly,

Please accept my condolences for your loss and thank you for sharing your story on Care Opinion at what must be a difficult time. It sounds like the compassion and care provided by the GP Pracice has helped make things a little easier though.

Your kind words and praise for the outstanding care provided by the GP Practice staff will be very much appreciated and I’ll make sure I pass this on as soon as I can. To help with this can you forward the name of the GP Practice you’ve mentioned? You can do this on this thread or you can contact me directly either by email - kirsten.dickson@nhs.scot - or by telephone / text: 07885720267.

Take care,

Kirsten
