"Care and attention"

My appointment was with Simon. I felt I had his full attention. He worked skilfully through my symptoms, explaining everything. Explained a path to improve my conditions, it all made sense to me. It has left me feeling less stressed, less frustrated and now I feel hopeful there is a way to improve the quality of my life and reduce the pain.

The listening, attention and solutions are appreciated. I have been in pain for 6 months with one problem on left wrist and 4 months with a second different problem on right hand, meaning my hand dexterity has been noticeably reduced. As an artist and researcher I need mobility and dexterity in both hands. I feel relieved there are probable solutions and very grateful.
