"Left clinic feeling happier"

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

Referred to see doctor relating to menopausal symptoms post-hysterectomy. Despite the clinic overrunning by 60 minutes, all staff kept me up to date with what was happening. Doctor in the clinic was exceptionally sympathetic to my problem, discussed my options fully and gave me advice and medication to resolve my issues. Cannot fault her expertise and left clinic feeling happier than when I arrived.
