Overall everything during my stay has been good - I am very happy. I have been looked after and am now recovering well.
My hospital experience began in A&E. It was good down there - everything was 100%. I didn't have much of a wait as my doctor emailed a letter through.
Up on the Female Medical Ward it has been all good - it has been no exaggeration 100%. The staff all have a really good attitude and they explain everything excellently. There is nobody in particular I would like to mention as everyone has been good.
The food is alright for a sick person but it just isn't up to my standards. It is just too bland and repetitive. Also, I have noticed that the menus can get mixed up and you don't always get the food that you want. The toilets have been kept spotless.
The whole staff have been brilliant - the doctors, nurses and cleaners - everyone has been absolutely brilliant.
I have no suggestions for improvement other than the food - Daisy Hill really is a lovely hospital and I am very pleased with the care I have received.
