(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

This ward at the moment is very busy and for me to try to recover is not the environment I like to be in as I am not used to busy places however I can understand that there is nothing that can be done by this.

Another thing which is a problem for me is that I feel as if it is hard to get staffs attention as they are busy most of the time you can tell they are quiet understaffed at the moment but hopefully this improves. The care has been okay there has been times where I feel as if I am being rushed which I do not like but once mention to them they do apologies and then they do it properly.

As an admissions ward 4 North can be a very busy environment and tasks can feel rushed at times, I apologise for this and that you found it difficult in getting the attention of staff but hope they were helpful and empathetic in their response. I will share your experience with the team so that we may improve going forward. I hope you are doing well since discharge in your recovery.
