What I liked

I have visited the hospital with my Mother on 3 occasions in the last 5 weeks. 2 visits to the Dermatology department. One to have a consultation and biopsy on a lesion on her leg and the other to have a stitch removed from the biopsy site (when our local GP surgery was reluctant to help). On both occasions my Mother was treated with extreme kindness and efficiency. She is hard of hearing but the staff took the time to explain everything in a clear manner.

The third visit was to the Hearing Centre where again the staff were extremely polite, helpful and efficient.
