About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Coronary Care

My stay in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) has been very good. The food is great, the staff are fantastic and the ward is nice and clean.

I am sleeping a lot better than I anticipated I would.

The nurses are brilliant. The doctors are great. They are round every morning explaining everything to me.

I have been treated better here than I have anywhere else.

My only request would be having more shaving mirrors on the ward. There is only one toilet that has one. But that’s a minor detail in the grand scheme of things.

I am now waiting to be moved to Craigavon Area Hospital (CAH). But coronary care in Daisy Hill is first class.

First of all I would like to thank you for taking the time to post such a positive review on your stay in Coronary Care.

I am glad that you have been happy with the care you received and I will ensure the staff are made away of your kind comments. They will greatly appreciate this.

I appreciate your comment on the ward needing more shaving mirrors. I will certainly pass this on to management to look into this.
