"Outstanding treatment by NHS staff"

About: Stirling Care Village / Minor injuries unit

(as a service user),

Broke wrist and arrived at Stirling Community Hospital Minor Injury Unit. Support staff were helpful and efficient at processing information. Ruth, a Nurse Practitioner, was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Viv the Radiographer was professional, jovial and also kind. Think the lady's name is Pauline - she plastered my arm. She too was professional, jovial and kind.  I was extremely satisfied with the level of care provided by the staff - a big thank you to them!!  We are so fortunate to have the Minor Injury Unit.

Good morning Tartan100#

Thank you for taking time to post such lovely feedback after your recent visit to MIU and that you were delighted with the level of care you received.

I have shared this with all staff involved.

I hope you are out of the cast quickly and your recovery goes well.

Kind regards

Tracey
