I will pass your positive feedback regarding the cleanliness of the Unit to the Domestic Services Team.

I am sorry to hear that you not entirely satisfied with the meals provided, patient menus are reviewed regularly and feedback is taken into consideration as part of the review process. I will pass your feedback on to the Catering Manager.
