(as a relative),

My  mum was admitted to Ward 10 via A&E recently. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and all other staff for looking after her so well. She received excellent care and treatment.  Staff at Ward 10 were very helpful on the telephone and answered promptly.  My mum said that she was looked after well and that the doctors were good at listening and explaining. Family communication with clinical staff was constructive and helpful.
