"Behaviour of people outside hospital"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I went in for a simple procedure  - excellent care all round from the doctors, nurses, porters, reception and everyone that I came into contact with.

My only problem was the behaviour of people stood around outside the hospital doors. Shouting, giving abuse and causing upset to patients legitimately trying to run the gauntlet to obtain access to the hospital.

I did report this to a manager.

I will share your comments with our staff and wish you well.

Regarding your comment around people's behavior I am pleased to read you reported it to a manager. We do have security staff around the hospital so hopefully the manager has informed security.
