I recently had to have an examination within the Endoscopy unit at the QEQM.
The department was very clean and very light. All the staff (receptionists, nurses and consultant) were very friendly and professional. I was very frightened, but I was quickly put at my ease. All my questions were answered honestly.
The tea after my examination was delicious and most welcome.
Thank you for taking good care of me.
