In January, I was warmly welcomed by 2 nurses in the outpatients day-bed unit on floor K south. They were friendly, professional, and very attentive. I was informed about every stage of the procedure, and was supplied with tea and a lovely lunch. The 5 hour procedure was comfortable and the time passed quickly. I could not fault the attention I was given.
