"Thank you all for making it as stress free as possible"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I took my toddler son to A&E at PRI recently where he was diagnosed with a tibia fracture after a fall. Every member of staff we met from the receptionist, Dr, nurses, auxiliary were absolutely brilliant, so kind and caring and a credit to the NHS. My son has medical issues and so sees a lot of staff so he gets a bit fed up with it all (understandably) but they were all patient with him. We were seen quickly and kept up to date with what was happening and the plan going forward. Thank you all for making it as stress free as possible for a worried mum

Dear Melony67,

My apologies for the late reply to your very positive feedback.

I do hope your son is continuing to improve? Thank you so much for taking the time to post your lovely comments regarding your visit to the A&E Department. I will ensure these are shared with all members of the team. This will provide a much needed boost for staff that are working hard to ensure we deliver the best care to all our patients

Many thanks

Mary Cumming
