"Poor clinical care in crisis again"

About: Stirling Care Village / Livilands Resource Centre

(as a service user),

I have Bipolar and PTSD and had my CPN taken off me after only a couple of sessions. I was told I wasn't ill enough. Bipolar and trauma symptoms fluctuate every single day it's not black and white. That made me high functioning and now I have once again exploded and want to end my life.

Thankfully I am safe and have family and friends but Liviland's Resource Centre and NHS Forth Valley will be held accountable for their care over 10 years.

I refuse to have to admit myself voluntarily into a mental health ward continuously because I've been neglected in the community.

I deserve better. I want answers. This affects my whole life. This ruins my life.  Enough is enough!

Thank you for reaching out to give feedback on your experiences of mental health services.

I’m really sorry to hear about the distress you have experienced and that on this occasion our mental health service has not met the expectations of care you had.

So that I can offer you further support and understand your concerns more fully and to allow me the opportunity to work with you to try to resolve them, I would welcome your further contact by phone on either of these numbers: 01259 290343 or 01786 446913.

With best wishes

Ruth Murray

IMHT Manager ( Interim)
