My 99 year old father was very ill with pneuomia. We wanted to keep daddy at home and out of hospital and out of hospital care was put in place immediately. The staff were caring and professional, the frequency of visits was great and the service was perfectly coordinated.

We are so glad that you were able to keep your 99 year old father at home during his most recent illness with the help of the Hospital at Home Team. This im sure you as a family felt was the best place for him and to have family around him in his familiar surroundings.
Its lovely to hear you felt your father and your family had a very positive experience during his treatment.
