"Great treatment and response from GP"

My teenage daughter is currently under a paediatrician for ongoing stomach problems, and is awaiting test results.   

On experiencing stomach pains, loose stools, etc, I contacted Frew Terrace GP to ask for advice to support her. Got through at 8:30-ish and spoke to a receptionist within 10 minutes. The receptionist was professional and asked the right questions, offered good advice, and put information forward for triage.

Doctor returned call within 1 hour, asked appropriate questions and organised for her to have an appointment within 2 hours to be checked over by one of the on call doctors.

Given current pressures on GP and NHS locally, it was a relief to have a straightforward and quick response to support being delivered in a professional manner.
