"Excellent care"

(as a service user),

I was extremely unwell.  My daughter called an ambulance and the 2 lovely paramedics that came to help were amazing from walking into my home to delivering me to a&e. 

When in a&e i was looked after by the doctors and nurses.  Their care and support was excellent. I was moved within 12 hours to emergency surgical ward.  All the staff were fantastic I can not thank all the teams enough! From the lady with the blue hair.

Thank you for taking the time to share your kind feedback with us. Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you on here.

It must have been very worrying for you to be so unwell and having to be taken to hospital in an ambulance. I am so pleased that all staff provided you with excellent care and support and that you were able to be moved to the Emergency Surgical ward where the staff were all fantastic.
