"Excellent medical centre"

I feel really lucky to be a patient at the Norfolk Park medical service. I can honestly say that they have fully investigated every ailment that I have gone to them with, with blood tests, referrals to other services etc and never made me feel a burden. They have also taken extremely good care of my daughter and have an excellent rapport with her, so much so that even when poorly she enjoys going there. I have never not got an appointment on the same day that I have called provided it’s been at 8:30am.

I find it really useful that the doctor is able to text you if you’re at work. It’s also extremely clean and a nice, modern building. Appointments are pretty much on time and clinicians are really friendly and provide excellent care. Even the receptionists are nice and don’t shout your business across the waiting area!
